Which mounting system should i choose?
There are 4 options to install you rear seat on your bike.
- AVS+
- Luggage carrier
- Frame
- MIK-HD
On this page you find information on all 4 options.
AVS+
- Only compatible with carriers/racks with AVS+.
- AVS+ – AtranVelo System+
- Note: it only fits AVS+ if the rack says only AVS our Bobike Seat will not fit.
Luggage carrier
- The clamps of the saddle mounting system are attached to the luggage rack.
- Luggage rack width – 120 – 175 mm
- Tube dimensions luggage carrier – Ø 10 – 16 mm
- Luggage carrier load capacity minimum 27 kg, in accordance with ISO 11243:2016.
Frame
- Requires an available tube length of 105 mm and fits round
- Oval saddle tubes with a diameter between Ø28 – 40 mm.

MIK-HD
- Only compatible with carriers/racks with MIK-HD.
- MIK-HD stands for Mounting is Key – Heavy Duty.
- Note: it only fits MIK-HD if the rack says only MIK our Bobike Seat will not fit.
